Having a son, and having spent much of my life surrounded by strong men in both my personal life and professional career, I understand the importance of creating spaces where men can be challenged, supported, and equipped to lead well. What began as a simple idea — to bring men in development together — has grown into a movement rooted in three core values: Mentorship, Leadership, and Connectivity. These pillars guide everything we do, grounded in a shared responsibility to strengthen the industry, support the next generation, and build communities that last.”
