Join us on September 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET for an in-person site visit hosted by Brasfield & Gorrie.
This session, “Behind the Build: The Fleet Landing Development,” will feature Chris Hartman, LEED AP BD+C, Project Director at Brasfield & Gorrie, and will provide attendees with a first-hand look at a major senior living development project in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Attendees will tour the Fleet Landing project and gain insight into the planning, coordination, and construction involved in bringing a large-scale luxury senior living community to life. The visit will offer a behind-the-scenes look at an active project site and how the different pieces of the development and construction process come together.
Attendees will gain insight into:
• The construction process behind a major senior living development
• Site coordination and project management on an active job site
• Key considerations in delivering a large-scale residential project
• How development, design, and construction teams work together
• Real-world challenges and decision-making throughout the construction process
