This session, “Behind the Build: The Fleet Landing Development,” will feature Chris Hartman, LEED AP BD+C, Project Director at Brasfield & Gorrie, and will provide attendees with a first-hand look at a major senior living development project in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Attendees will tour the Fleet Landing project and gain insight into the planning, coordination, and construction involved in bringing a large-scale luxury senior living community to life. The visit will offer a behind-the-scenes look at an active project site and how the different pieces of the development and construction process come together.

Attendees will gain insight into:

• The construction process behind a major senior living development

• Site coordination and project management on an active job site

• Key considerations in delivering a large-scale residential project

• How development, design, and construction teams work together

• Real-world challenges and decision-making throughout the construction process
